Crafternoon: Party Hats

Sometimes only a party hat will do. They're a bit of a marmite subject, but since we often err on the childish side of fun we're totally in favour: the more elaborate and ridiculous the better.  Here is a quick round up of our favourite party hat make-and-dos from around the web...
